Terms of Service

These terms explain the basis on which Quantum Service Insights provides free snapshots, local growth reports and related services.

Services

QSI provides practical local growth reports and related support for UK trades and service businesses. Services may include free visibility snapshots, starter reports, Google Business/Profile action packs, review prompts, content ideas, monthly visibility checks and Google Business post drafts.

No guarantees

QSI does not guarantee Google rankings, leads, calls, reviews, revenue or any specific business outcome. Reports provide practical recommendations based on accessible public information and the details supplied by the customer.

Information and access

Starter reports and free snapshots do not require login details. Please do not send passwords or sensitive account access through the enquiry form. If a future service requires account access, this should be agreed separately and handled securely.

Payment

For paid services, QSI will confirm the service scope and send a secure payment link or invoice. Work normally begins after the requested details and payment are confirmed.

Delivery

Starter reports are normally delivered within 24 hours after payment and details are confirmed. Delivery times for larger or ongoing services will be confirmed separately.

Refunds and cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact QSI as soon as possible. Because reports involve custom research and writing, refund availability may depend on whether work has already started or been delivered.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations. QSI can suggest actions, but cannot control Google, competitors, customer behaviour or market conditions.
