These terms explain the basis on which Quantum Service Insights provides free quotes, website builds, local SEO support and related services.
Services
QTSI provides practical website and local visibility support for UK trades and service businesses. Services may include website builds, website refreshes, Google Maps/local SEO support, quote forms, review prompts, trust sections, service pages and follow-up support.
No guarantees
QTSI does not guarantee Google rankings, leads, calls, reviews, revenue or any specific business outcome. Work provides practical improvements based on the agreed scope, public information and details supplied by the customer.
Information and access
Free quotes do not require login details. Please do not send passwords or sensitive account access through the enquiry form. If a future service requires account access, this should be agreed separately and handled securely.
Payment
For paid services, QTSI will confirm the service scope and send a secure payment link or invoice. Work normally begins after the requested details and payment are confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery times are confirmed before paid work starts. Where a 5 business day build is agreed, that timing depends on the requested details and approvals being supplied on time.
Refunds and cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact QTSI as soon as possible. Because website and copy work involves custom research, writing and setup, refund availability may depend on whether work has already started or been delivered.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for checking supplied information, approving copy, and deciding whether and how to implement recommendations. QTSI can suggest actions, but cannot control Google, competitors, customer behaviour or market conditions.
